Ukraine Central Bank Support for Hryvnia Eases, Izvestia Says
Ukraine’s central bank spent $112 million in February to support the hryvnia on the interbank market, Ekonomicheskie Izvestia reported, citing Valeriy Lytvytskyi, the head of the central bank governor’s group of advisers.
The bank spent $894 million in January on similar operations, the Kiev-based newspaper reported.
