UniCredit Said to Sell Senior Unsecured Five-Year Bonds in Euros
UniCredit SpA (UCG) is selling five-year senior unsecured bonds in euros, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The bonds may be priced to yield 355 to 360 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Citigroup Inc., Natixis and Societe Generale SA are managing the deal with UniCredit.
