Ukio Bankas Group of Lithuania Returned to Profit in 2011

AB Ukio Bankas (UKB1L) Group, Lithuania’s biggest publicly traded bank, said it returned to profit in 2011.

Net income totaled 1.1 million litai ($430,000), compared with a loss of 33.5 million litai in 2010, the Kaunas-based company said in regulatory statement today. Fourth-quarter profit totaled 969,000 litai, it said.
