India’s ONGC Offers to Sell Naphtha Cargo for March Loading

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s biggest state-owned oil explorer, offered a naphtha cargo for loading in March, according to a document e-mailed to potential buyers.

Details of the offer are as follow:
