CEDC Falls Most in Three Months as Fourth-Quarter Loss Widens

Central European Distribution Corp. (CEDC) fell the most in three months after reporting a wider fourth- quarter loss, saying it doesn’t have enough cash to pay off its 2013 notes.

The shares fell 11 percent to 15.30 zloty, the most since Nov. 21 at 13:23 p.m. in Warsaw.
