Swiss stocks advanced, snapping two days of declines, as shares of Credit Suisse Group AG, UBS AG, ABB Ltd. and Nestle SA gained.

The benchmark Swiss Market Index rose 0.4 percent to 6,167.85 at 9:36 a.m. in Zurich.
