LightSquared CEO Resigns; Falcone to Board

LightSquared Inc., the wireless company backed by Philip Falcone’s Harbinger Capital Partners, said Sanjiv Ahuja resigned as chief executive officer and will remain as chairman.

Chief Network Officer Doug Smith and Chief Financial Officer Marc Montagner will be named interim co-chief operating officers while the company completes the search for a new CEO, LightSquared said. Falcone has been appointed to the board, LightSquared said.
