German Stocks Advance, Erasing Earlier Losses; Allianz, Bayer Shares Climb

German stocks rose for the first time in three days, erasing their earlier losses, as Allianz SE and Bayer AG advanced.
The benchmark DAX Index climbed 0.4 percent to 6,871.12 at 9:30 a.m. in Frankfurt, having earlier dropped as much as 0.2 percent.
