Strauss Declines to Four-Month Low on Report of Boycott Threat

Strauss Group Ltd. (STRS) declined to the lowest level in more than four-months after Calcalist reported Israeli activists have written to the foodmaker threatening to boycott its products unless it lowers prices.

The shares declined 2.5 percent to 44.65 shekels at 12:16 p.m. in Tel Aviv, the lowest intraday level since Oct. 10.

A spokeswoman for the Strauss Group didn’t immediately answer an e-mail seeking comment.
