Lehman Opposes JPMorgan Bid to Dismiss $8.6 Billion Lawsuit

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (LEHMQ) asked a judge to let it pursue its $8.6 billion lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM), saying recent court decisions confirmed its right to try to recover the money, according to a bankruptcy court filing today in Manhattan.
