Lehman Creditors Seek Geithner Testimony in JPMorgan Lawsuit

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (LEHMQ) creditors are trying to compel U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner to testify in the defunct firm’s lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM), which alleges the bank siphoned $8.6 billion out of Lehman in the credit crisis, helping to cause its collapse, according to a filing in U.S. District Court in Washington.
