SIFMA's Ryan Discusses the Opposition to Volcker Rule (Audio)

Tim Ryan, president and chief investment officer of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) says the organization's main concern with the Volcker rule, which forbids proprietary trading, is its impact on traditional market making activities at the expense of liquidity in the U.S. markets.
