America Movil Proposes Dividend of 20 Centavos

America Movil SAB will ask shareholders to vote on a proposal for a dividend of 20 centavos a share.

The company will hold a meeting for the vote on or before April 30, it said today in a filing to Mexico’s stock exchange.
