Bank of Spain Governor to Leave Role One Month Early

Urbi Desarrollos Urbanos Says 2011 Revenue Was as Much as $1.3 Billion

Urbi Desarrollos Urbanos SAB, Mexico’s third largest homebuilder by sales, said 2011 revenue was 16.3 billion pesos to 16.5 billion pesos, or 9 percent to 10 percent higher than the previous year.

The company’s margin of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was 27 percent to 27.5 percent last year, Urbi said in a statement reporting preliminary earnings to the Mexican stock exchange.
