Ukraine’s Dneprovsky to Upgrade Rolled-Steel Unit, Izvestia Says

Ukrainian steelmaker OJSC Dneprovsky Metallurgical Plant, a part of Industrial Union of Donbass, plans to start upgrading its rolled-metal unit next month, Ekonomicheskie Izvestia newspaper reported, without citing anyone.
The upgrade, which will cost 1.5 billion hryvnia ($187 million), will make possible an increase in rolled-metal production to 1.95 million tons a year, from 700,000 tons at present, the newspaper said.
