EDF Energies Nouvelles Reparties Makes Offer for Photowatt

Electricite de France SA made an offer to buy solar panel maker Photowatt through its EDF Energiese Nouvelles Reparties unit, the power company said in an e-mailed statement today. It didn’t give financial terms.
