Convio, Energen, ITT, Westwood Holdings: U.S. Equity Preview

Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in U.S. trading on Feb. 13. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and prices are as of 5 p.m. in New York.

Convio Inc. (CNVO) gained 0.2 percent to $15.82. Gabelli & Co. reported a new stake in the Austin, Texas-based provider of software for non-profit organizations equal to 7.8 percent.

Energen Corp. (EGN) : The Birmingham, Alabama-based oil and natural gas company said it is buying a proved undeveloped Wolfberry package for $68.55 million.

ITT Corp. (ITT US): The manufacturer rescheduled its 2011 results to Feb. 29 so that it can review spinoff data because of “complexities” on the financial information. The company also will give its 2012 forecast that day.

Westwood Holdings Group Inc. (WHG) rose 1 percent to $39.90. The Dallas-based investment advisory company named Mark Freeman its chief investment officer.
