Siemens Said to Offer $1.5 Billion Each of 2017, 2019 Bonds

Siemens AG (SIE) is planning to sell $1.5 billion of 5 1/2-year bonds with warrants and the same amount of 7 1/2-year securities, according to two people with knowledge of the sale. The company said earlier today that it will sell $3 billion of the bonds.
