Hungarian Forint Pares Declines as Greek Politicians Reach Deal

The forint pared losses after Greek political leaders struck a deal on a package of austerity measures, clearing the way for the country’s second rescue in two years.

Hungary’s currency was down 0.2 percent to 290.8 per euro by 3:07 p.m. in Budapest, after depreciating as much as 0.9 percent earlier today.
