HSBC’s Flint Says Cross-Border Resolution Framework ‘Critical’

HSBC Holdings Plc’s Chairman Douglas Flint said “the most critical missing piece of the regulatory architecture” is “that of an effective cross border resolution framework.” He spoke at the City Week Conference in London today.
