Emaar Halts Hotel Projects in France, Indonesia, Hotelier Says

Emaar Properties PJSC’s hospitality unit delayed the opening of hotels in France and Indonesia, Hotelier Middle East reported yesterday.

The 650-room Domaine de Lavagnac in the South of France, originally planned to open last year, and The Address Lombok, due to open in 2015, have been postponed until further notice, the magazine reported, citing an unidentified Emaar spokesperson.

The Address Retreat Marassi Golf & Spa, The Address Uptown Cairo and The Address Jnan Amar Polo Retreat in Marrakech, are among projects Emaar delayed, the magazine reported.
