Bombardier Mulls Part-Sale of Aerospace Unit, Handelsblatt Says

Bombardier Inc. (BBD/B) is looking at a part- sale of its aerospace unit to Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China, Handelsblatt reported, without saying where it got the information.

The Canadian company is “developing new relationships with the Chinese aviation industry” and “considering many different types of agreements,” an unidentified Bombardier spokeswoman told the German newspaper. An agreement can be expected in the near future, Handelsblatt cited her as saying.
