Angola Plans to Build a Third Biofuels Plant, Radio Reports

Angola plans to build a third biofuels plant in the country’s southern region, Radio Nacional de Angola reported, citing Joaquim David, the Minister of Geology, Mines and Industry.

The plant will produce sugar and ethanol from sugar cane, the Luanda-based broadcaster cited David as saying.
