Actavis, 4 Drugmakers to Pay $25.2 Mln in Louisiana Settlement

Actavis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Dey, GlaxoSmithKline and Schering-Plough agreed to pay Louisiana a combined total of $25.2 million to settle claims of unlawful inflation of drug costs, Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell said in an e-mailed statement.
