Cisco Signs Saudi Airport Technology Deals, Eqtisadiah Reports

Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) signed a deal with Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation to develop advanced information-technology infrastructure in Saudi airports, al-Eqtisadiah reported, citing a company official.
Cisco has begun work at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, the newspaper said, citing Wim Elfrink, Cisco’s vice president of emerging solutions and chief globalisation officer.
