Russian Ruble Advances Versus Dollar, Euro at Start of Trade in Moscow

The ruble strengthened against the dollar and euro at the start of trading in Moscow, adding 0.2 percent against both currencies to 30.1597 and 39.7298, respectively. That left the ruble up 0.2 percent at 34.4664 versus the central bank’s target euro-dollar basket.
