Dow, Dupont, Denki Lose Bid to Cut EU Rubber Cartel Fines

DuPont Co., Dow Chemical Co. (DOW), and Denki Kagaku Kogyo KK (4061) lost bids to overturn millions of euros in antitrust fines from the European Union over claims they colluded to fix prices in the rubber chemical industry.

The EU General Court dismissed appeals by DuPont, Dow and Denki Kagaku in a ruling today.
