Spain’s Rajoy Predicts Strikes on Labor Reform, Economista Says

Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy expects forthcoming labor reforms in Spain to provoke strikes among workers, El Economista reported.

Before the start of a European Union summit in Brussels yesterday Rajoy, while speaking to his Finnish counterpart Jyrki Katainen and unaware that his microphone was turned on, said that reform would “cost him a strike”, El Economista said.
