Deutsche Telekom Opposes Kabel BW Approval, Boersen-Zeitung Says

Deutsche Telekom AG and NetCologne challenged the German antitrust authority’s approval of Liberty Global Inc. (LBTYA)’s acquisition of Kabel Baden-Wuerttemberg GmbH, Boersen-Zeitung reported, citing the regulator and Deutsche Telekom.
Concessions accepted by the watchdog don’t guarantee market competition for contracts with housing associations, which often reach long-term agreements with cable operators, the newspaper cited Deutsche Telekom as saying.
