Investors in Talks to Build Bahrain Steel Plant, Al-Wasat Says

Investors are in talks to build a steel plant in Bahrain with as much as a 500,000 ton capacity, Al-Wasat newspaper reported today, citing unidentified industry officials.

A Japanese company may be among the investors, the paper said, without giving further details.
