Russia to Build 3 Plants for Air, Missile Defense, Interfax Says

Russia plans to build three plants to produce air and ballistic-missile defense systems, Interfax reported, citing Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, who oversees the military industry.

Separately, Russia plans to form a special agency to identify threats to the country’s national and technological security for the next 30 years, the Moscow-based newswire said citing Rogozin.
