Breaking Up Banks Would Be ‘Very Difficult,’ FSA’s Turner Says

Breaking up some banks of the largest banks to reduce the adverse affects of their failure “would be very, very difficult,” Adair Turner, the chairman of the U.K. Financial Services Authority, said in a speech in Davos, Switzerland, today.
