Tatneft Plans to Sell 46 Ukraine Retail Stations, Vedomosti Says

OAO Tatneft (TATN), a Russian regional oil producer, is planning to sell 46 of its 128 filling stations in Ukraine, Vedomosti reported, citing two unidentified people close to the company.

The company wants to sell stations with narrow profit margins for about $20 million; it doesn’t plan to withdraw from the Ukrainian market, the Moscow-based newspaper said.
