Wienerberger May Invest $29 Million in Romania, Bursa Reports

Wienerberger AG (WIE), the world’s largest brickmaker, may invest 22 million euros ($29 million) in a new factory in Romania, Bursa newspaper reported, citing a company statement.

The Vienna-based company, which has invested 75 million euros in three factories in Romania in the past 14 years, is seeking the necessary permits to build a factory in Iasi county, according to Bursa.
