Natural gas fell for the ninth time in 10 days in New York.
Gas for February delivery slipped more than 3 percent to $2.274 per million British thermal units in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 7:22 a.m. London time, erasing a 0.9 percent gain on Jan. 20.
