Bayerische Motoren Werke AG is considering a sedan version of its Mini brand, as part of an expansion of its lineup, the Financial Times Deutschland reported, without citing the source of the information.
The Mini may be expanded to as many as 10 variants from six, the newspaper reported, citing brand chief Kay Segler. Mini plans to expand sales to 300,000 by 2013, from 285,060 last year, the FT Deutschland said.
