Telecom Italia Shelves Media Unit Stake Sale, La Repubblica Says

Telecom Italia SpA (TIT)’s advisers have put off the sale of a stake in its Telecom Italia Media SpA (TME) unit, daily newspaper la Repubblica reported, without saying where it got the information.

Telecom Italia had been in contact with Cairo Communication SpA (CAI) and is evaluating other solutions, according to the Italian newspaper.
