Lukoil’s CEO Vagit Alekperov Buys $5.3 Million in Company Stock

OAO Lukoil’s (LKOH) Chief Executive Officer Vagit Alekperov bought 165.5 million rubles ($5.3 million) worth of shares in the company this week.
Alekperov bought 57,000 shares on Jan. 18 and an additional 35,000 shares yesterday, Russia’s second-largest oil producer said today in a statement. The company’s market capitalization is about $49 billion, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
