RWE Trangas Fine Is Canceled by Czech Court, CTK Reports

A fine imposed on RWE Transgas AS (RWE) for abusing its position in the Czech gas-distribution market was canceled today by a regional court in Brno, CTK reported, citing the court.

The anti-monopoly office ordered RWE Transgas to pay the 240 million-koruna ($12.2 million) fine in 2007.
