China Manufacturing Contracts for First Time in Seven Months

RBS Chairman Hampton Says CEO Bonus Hasn’t Been ‘Discussed’

Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (RBS)’s Chairman Philip Hampton said the lender’s remuneration committee has not discussed whether Chief Executive Officer Stephen Hester will recieve a bonus for 2011.

“Any suggestion to the contrary is therefore untrue,” Hampton said in the statement.
