Peru’s Camposol to Sell Dollar Bonds in First Overseas Offering

Peru’s Camposol SA plans to sell dollar bonds in the agricultural exporter’s first overseas offering, according to a person familiar with the transaction.
The Lima-based company hired Credit Suisse Group AG and Banco Santander SA to arrange meetings with investors in Latin America, the U.S. and Europe, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private. The meetings start today and will run until Jan. 25th, the person said.
