Vietnam’s PV Oil Said to Offer Bunga Orkid and Rong Doi Cargoes

PV Oil Co., Vietnam’s state-owned oil marketing company, offered to sell Bunga Orkid crude and Rong Doi condensate for March loading, said three trading sources who participate in the market, declining to be identified because the information is confidential.
The details of the offer are as follows:
