Telefonica Czech Appeal Against Fine Is Rejected, CTK Reports

Telefonica Czech Republic’s appeal against a court decision that ordered the company to pay a fine of 205 million koruna ($10 million) for abusing its dominant market position was rejected by the Constitutional Court, CTK reported, citing the court.
The anti-monopoly office fined Telefonica for hurting competition in 2005, the news service said.
