Oil Futures Climb From Four-Week Low in New York; Brent Crude Advances

Oil for February delivery rose as much as 0.6 percent to $99.30 a barrel in New York. The contract was at $99.22 in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 3:13 p.m. in Singapore.

Prices slumped 2.8 percent last week to the lowest in almost four weeks.
