Erste’s BCR Sees 2012 Gross Profit at $150 Million, ZF Says
Romania’s biggest bank by assets, Banca Comerciala Romana SA, expects to post a gross profit of 516 million lei ($150 million) in 2012, Ziarul Financiar reported today, citing unidentified banking industry officials.
The bank, known as BCR and majority-owned by Erste Group Bank AG (EBS), will hold a general shareholder meeting on Jan. 27 to approve its 2012 budget, the Bucharest-based newspaper reported.
