Egypt to Register Presidential Candidates April 15, Ahram Says

Registration of candidates in Egypt’s first presidential election since the ouster of Hosni Mubarak will start on April 15, the state-run Al Ahram newspaper reported today, citing a television interview with Maj. Gen. Mohsen el-Fangary.

The ruling military council has said presidential elections will be held by the end of June.
