CompuGroup Medical Buys Dutch Microbais for 15 Million Euros

CompuGroup Medical AG (COP) agreed to buy privately-held Microbais Werkmaatschappij BV for 15 million euros ($19 million) to strengthen its business in the Netherlands in the market for pharmacy and doctors’ software.

Microbais has 90 employees and is expected to generated sales of 11.2 million euros in 2011, CompuGroup said in a statement today.
