Morgan Stanley Names Grossman to Replace Barron as Legal Officer

Morgan Stanley (MS) named Eric Grossman to be its next chief legal officer as Frank Barron retires this year, according to a memo from Chief Executive Officer James Gorman.

Mark Lake, a spokesman for the New York-based firm, confirmed the contents of the memo, a copy of which was obtained by Bloomberg News.
