Panmure Gordon May Be Bought by Cenkos, Sunday Times Says

Panmure Gordon & Co. Plc (PMR) is in early talks to be bought by Cenkos Securities Plc (CNKS), the Sunday Times reported, without saying where it got the information.
Panmure is also in talks with at least one other potential buyer, the newspaper said.
Nathaniel Webb, a spokesman for Panmure, and Toni Stone, a spokesperson for Cenkos, couldn’t be reached today at their office phone numbers outside of regular business hours.
