Venezuela, Peru Sign Agreement to Cut Tariffs, Promote Trade
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and Peruvian President Ollanta Humala signed an agreement cutting tariffs on undisclosed goods from their respective countries to promote trade between the two regional neighbors.
Chavez and Humala signed the accord at a ceremony broadcast on state television.
